For clients who already have an instance of NetSuite, we provide a fixed-fee healthcheck on any areas or issues that clients request and this can be usually completed within 5 days. The report to client provides options for rectification and a fixed price against each. This is particularly helpful for charities or clients with limited budgets as they can focus their spend on their highest priority. However, following a health check and receiving the report, there is no obligation to engage us for rectification work.
